Vegreville born and raised, I eventually found my way back home to raise two tiny humans with my husband.

Somewhere between parenting, life, and drinking a slightly unreasonable amount of coffee, we realized we really wanted a great coffee shop to call our own.

So, we built one.

I created Thrive to be a place for people to come, visit, be, and thrive. Meet a friend, bring the kids, grab something really good to eat, stay awhile, or just enjoy five quiet minutes with a coffee before someone needs something from you.

I love good food, really good coffee, and matcha. I’m mildly obsessed with bold colours, fun ideas, and doing things a little differently.

More than anything, I wanted to create a space that feels welcoming. No fuss, no pretending — just good food, good drinks, a great team, and a place that feels like it belongs to all of us.
